FREE WORLDWIDE DELIVERY FOR PURCHASE OVER US$100

We deliver to any country in the world as long as there is a valid address. For most cases, we shall send by HongKong Post Office Registered Airmail with a tracking number which you might be able to spot the progress instantly at www.hongkongpost.com. Typically, the delivery time will be around 6-12 days depending on the location. 

 

We can also arrange UPS, Fedex, DHL, EMS, upon request but the cost shall be paid by buyers. Please inform us in advance for a shipping quote if you would need these express shipments. We shall never over charge the shipping and there is no administrative or hidden cost for optional handling.

 

Hong Kong: Post office, SF-Express, or pick up directly in our shop during office hours

China: Post Office, EMS-Express or SF-Express

US & EUROPE: Registered Airmail HONG KONG POST, UPS, DHL, FEDEX.

 

Note:  

  • For Paypal payment, only the Paypal registered and confirmed shipping address is accepted and no exception. 

  • We do not deliver to P.O. box and please provide valid physical address to avoid any delay or loss. 

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer for the shipping insurance and we shall not be liable to any damage, loss or negligance that is caused by the couriers. Insurance cost is 3-4% of the merchandise value.

Warranty

 

We warrant the cables against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for ONE year from the date of the original retail purchase. During this warranty period if a defect arises, and you follow the instructions below for returning, we will at our option and to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the cable using new or refurbished parts or (ii) replace the cable with a new or refurbished parts.  All replacement parts and cables for which a refund is given shall become our property. This limited warranty only applies to components of the Cables that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other external causes, alterations, repair or commercial use.

BRIMAR AUDIO Labs strive to provide the best possible customer service. If you are experiencing problems or difficulties with your purchase, please feel free to contact us before returning any items as we might be able to help you to resolve any issue.

It is a must to contact us for a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to sending any returns.

RETURN POLICY FOR NEW PRODUCT PURCHASES:
 

  • BRIMAR Audio Labs offer a 14 days unconditional return for refund on purchases of new products. Merchandise must be returned in the original purchase condition including all packaging and accessories. 

  • All returns are inspected. You are responsible for all costs for safe delivery of the return. Once a return is received and inspected, if it meets our requirements, the customer will receive a refund for the full final purchase price of the merchandise, exclude freight. 

  • NOTE: If you received Free Shipping with the order and item is returned, the shipping credit offered will be deducted from the final refund amount.

  • Our standard return policy are terminated cables with the standard terminations as stated in all production descriptions. Standard lengths:  1.2m for IEM cables, 1.5m for Headphone cables 

  • NOTE: Other cable lengths and terminations, or mixed terminations other are considered to be tailor made orders and are non-returnable under our "RETURN POLICY FOR NEW PRODUCT PURCHASES."
